We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your LOU Swim pieces, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with hygiene liners and tags firmly attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn swimwear in its original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your order quickly.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
